BAXTER PHILLIPS, IIISr. Director, Corporate DevelopmentMr. Phillips joined Osteologix in June 2007 to lead the business development and investor/public relations functions. His experience spans the continuum from preclinical drug research to product launch and commercialization. Most recently, his biotechnology work included Insmed Incorporated, where he has led project teams of preclinical programs, initiated and led in-house investor and public relations, managed business development activities, and helped launch and commercialize a novel biologic agent. Mr. Phillips has significant experience in corporate financing having successfully managed both public and private equity and debt offerings raising over $150 million. He has a B.S. in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from The Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary.
